YOUR OPINION IS IMPORTANT
“One of our Siberian huskies suffered a spontaneous pneumothorax last week and while our local
vet was able to provide some relief, by Saturday the condition had recurred necessitating a trip to the
emergency vet. We were seen immediately and within a few short minutes Feliks was examined and
treatment initiated. The staff could not have been more kind, patient and helpful. We were
encouraged to call as often as we liked for updates, and each call was treated with respect and care.
He spent the weekend under their watchful eyes and we were able to bring him home Monday
evening with thorough instructions and necessary medications. They worked with our vet to bring
her up to speed on Feliks’ treatment and status. We could not have asked for a better experience
during a very stressful time.”

“The staff cares so much. They loved our puppy like their own. They were very fast and easy to
communicate with. No one wants to have an emergency but if it ever happens again we will be
back.”

“Brought my cat in and they were extremely busy, but they made us feel Like we were just as
important as every other animal here. The staff is amazing and so friendly. They come in periodically
to update us on where they are at in the exam process. We were able to leave and get breakfast and
come back and we were updated pretty quickly upon return. The vet came and talked to us and told
us what they found and was extremely caring and heartfelt when talking with us. They gave us
detailed plans and options of care and let us decide how we wanted to handle the treatment. If you
have to bring your pet here due to being after hours or an emergency, these people are the best!”
